New Tank (currently cycling) - Stocking and Other Qs

How much nitrate load would plants be able to absorb? My cycle might be complete soon, but my Nitrates arent really going above 20ppm ish. Seems like Ammonia is just disappearing.

Well, looks like I'm cycled. Took roughly a week and a half. Thanks a lot to the angels plus filters.
