new tank questions

Hello, last week I put my 55 g tank back up. It has been about 2 years since I've had it up. I am doing a fishless cycle. I am using the gravel that I had previously, as well as the ornaments. I am not going to have live plants. I am using stability to help seed because I could not find anybody with an established, clean tank. I am on the 7 th day and the tank is slightly cloudy and today I noticed an acidic smell. The ph is low, 6.4. Ammonia is 0, nitrites are 0 and nitrates are at 30. I never saw a good spike in ammonia or nitrites. I am so confused about where I am in the cycle and what I should do from here....help!!

Forgot to say that I have two whisper 60 filters on. I plan to have 3 orandas once the tank is cycled. I have well water and I use prime conditioner.
