Hey everyone,

I just inherited a 10g tank with 2 guppies. I'm looking to add 2 more guppies and have a centrepiece fish (I'm thinking of somethink like a Peacock Goby or Blue Ram?).
Do you think this would work?

Thanks :)

Hello, welcome to the forum :)

I can only comment that getting more guppies sounds good as not sure on the other fish. Perhaps males only so you are not getting more guppies and swamping the tank as it is a little small imo.

I probably wouldn't do a goby, or any type of cichlid. A single dwarf gourami would work ok. Many have striking colors, and they aren't usually aggressive. And, as Delapool said, you may want to go with male only guppies. A 10g tank won't hold a lot of fish. Male guppies have all the color anyway.

Thanks for replying, I'll go with the guppies ☺
