New with a 27g

Hi, I'm sort of new to the hobby and am looking for advice for a 27g tank I picked up. The local fish store just shut down so, I don't have a huge selection. I did however find a few fish that were interesting and came up with this list using AqAdvisor (which I found, thanks to this site).

2 Bumblebee Catfish
3 Dwarf Gourami
3 Dalmation Molly

I'm planning on using sand because I like the natural look of it and an Emperor 280 filter. Up until this point, I only have experience with a couple goldfish so I'm trying to keep it simple. Any input is appreciated.

I wouldn't go with the mollies. Platies or guppies would be a better option.

Gouramis are best kept singly unless you can find females (very rare in the hobby).
