Hey guys, I was just curious about the night cycle and using the multi lighting button on my fluval flex 15. I like to look at the tank during it's night time cycle using the multi light cycle button, for example it goes from red to blue to purple to yellow, etc.

My question is using the multi light during the plants night cycle messing the plants up? Should it be just zero light?

Thanks.

Imo it may not be helping if cycling through different spectrum. I’m assuming no CO2 so just depends how quickly plants can use light. I’m also assuming it’s fairly dim light so limited impact. Generally high light and any instability can favour algae growth, including on plants.
