Nitrite Levels stuck?? fishless cycle

So the next day i tested and here are the results:

Nitrites are 5ppm or abit higher
Ph levels are 7.2
Ammonia 0
Nitrates 10ppm

Another update: i skipped ammonia for a day and here are the results:

P.h 7.4
Nitrites - 5.0ppm or abit higher, definitely not sky high as before
Nitrates- around 10 or 20ppm
