Now what?

Now that my tank has cycled and I'm ready to stock, what sort of routine do I need to settle into going forward? I'm looking forward to no more daily water changes

How often do I need to test my water now? How frequently do I need to perform water changes? Anything else?

Water changes should be completed weekly at about 30%. Of course this will vary according to your water test results. Test weekly until the tank is fully stocked. After that, test for Nitrates for a few weeks until you get the hang of how high the bioload is going to be.
