ok to add fish?

ive only been cycling my 10 gal for about 2 weeks and readings are at
ammonia-0
Nitrite- .50
nitrate- 10-20

is it ok to get some new fish....im kind of anxious lol
its been cycling with 4 zebra danios and 2 java ferns....if that is needed

It looks like it is about done cycling. Just remember anytime you add a bigger bioload there is another minicycle that will occour. So I think you should be ok just be sure not to overstock your tank.

I wouldn't add any more fish until your nitrItes are 0. Then do a 50% water change, before adding new fish. After that, keep a close eye on the ammonia, nitrItes & nitrAtes, & do water changes accordingly. If you had fishless cycled that tank, it could have been fully stocked within 7-10 days!
