I just bought a used 55 gal with a stand, two power filters and sufficient lights. My plan is to gravel the bottom along with some natural rocks/logs. I am planning on having a pleco, 4-5 angels, and possibly some danios or other slimmer faster fish to give the tank some movement. I am looking for plants that a) those type of fish like to hide in and b) breed in because that is a possibility in the future. Any ideas? Would fake plants be better for breeding so I could remove the eggs? Or is this a trial and error experiment and completely dependent on the fish in your tank? Thanks!
