Please help with readings of cycling tank

Hi Everyone,
I am at week 2 with cycling a new tank 25L. I took the readings today and they are
Nitrite 0
Ph 7
Amm .25
Nitrate 5
So how far off would my tank be off of cycling do you think?

Some more information would help us help more! What is your Mmonia source (do you have fish in there or are you adding ammonia)?
