Recommendations for Decor and gravel questions

I have a 100g tank I am starting, freshwater. I plan on putting Oscars, Jacks, or puffers in it. I want to get one or two large rocks/fake driftwood to put in with lots of hiding spots, where is a good place to find these? All the stuff at petsmart and petco are way to small for this tank.

Also, can someone explain gravel depth for me? What depth should I use? For now, I plan on using fake plants. Is the kind in a bag with bacteria already there good to use? How many pounds should I buy?

Again, thanks for the help!

Justin
