Restocking planted 20 gallon

Currently have a male German blue ram and 3 Julius Cory cats

I have two ideas for what to place in the tank

1. Adding a female 5 neons. And some other fish

2. Female rAm and angelfish

Still not sure any advise taken gratefully

Is it a 20 high, or 20 long? I would scratch the Angel, personally.

What fish could I add then?

In a 20 high, I would add two more cory cats, maybe a female ram, and a school of fish, like Cardinal Tetras. Could maybe add a honey Gourami as well. That would be about stocked.

Would I be able to add platies or guppies
