seeded media..how to

i finally got some seeded media from my LFS...looks like a big filter floss..how would i use it in my cycyling

What kind of filter do you have? If its an Hob just stuff it into the filter.

can i squeze the water out from the filter into the tank then stuff it

You can but id squeeze it into ur filter rather than the tank.

Ok. It wont matter if you squeeze the water out into the tank before putting it in your filter. Just put that media in first where your tank water contacts it.

ok..if i try to put all of it in the filter..i got 4 small bags of biomax in it..can i take one out and put in the tank so i wont lose anything thats on the biomax

Yea that'll work until you cycle your tank.
