Silicon - Will this stuff be safe?

http://www.geadvancedmaterials.com/g...enandbath.html

Wondering will this stuff be safe to use in an aquarium? Says 100% silicon, but also says "cured sealant is mold and mildew resistant"

I wouldn't use it an aquarium. You can get silicone that actually says it's safe for fish / aquariums. I got mine at Walmart in the pet dept.

If it is mold and mildew resistant, don't use it.
And, silicon is probably not safe in an aquarium, but silicone is.

Strike 3...
If it is mold and mildew resistant it has some additives that you don't want

KK, ill return it

I went and bought some at petco, they didnt have it at wal-mart. Here is a picture with the driftwood in the tank.

I think its going to be a task doing this... lol

I'm thinking about java ferns in the back to corners, and waiting on a power head for the other side (big al's mistakenly only shipped me one, we are in the process of getting my second one)

I know I'm new, but that sure looks like a pretty piece of driftwood to me!

So I used that silicone last night. At first I was skeptical on how it would work, but OMG amazing that piece of driftwood will not budge, even when I yank on it. I am so exciting to get everything running. Everything is falling into place...
