Siphon pump?

Can anyone recommend a siphon pump/hose? I'm already getting a headache reading Amazon reviews. I have a 10 gallon tank and apparently they're all too big. I'm more apt to pick up a siphon pump from Harbor Freight, but sometimes their cheap stuff is CHEEEEAP. And I'm pretty sure my fish won't like the HF smell.

I just use a vinyl hose. 1/2-5/8” ID. I don’t do gravel vacuuming. I did have a gravel vac at one time and it was fine for smaller tanks. The only knock was that the siphon hose was pretty thin (slow flow).

10 gallon! A bucket and a deep bowl to scoop water out is all I do for my 10 gallon.

Yeah, I did that yesterday. I have our 10 gallon in the living room on a book shelf and carpet, so I'm trying not to spill anything. I spilled water all over.

My google-fu finally kicked in. The siphon bulb is the weak link, I knew that.

(Laughing!!) You gotta be careful. No, you could just buy a cheap kerosene pumper. Think they're a couple bucks.
