So I found a..this thing in my tank

Any idea what it is, kind of reminds me of a sand dollar from the beach, but tiny Click image for larger version

That is a snail operculum from a snail that has died.

Great, thank you I will now look for the shell, I did a large water change last night just in case it was something that died. Now I'll look for a body....

Found both my snails dead after looking around. Any ideas what would kill my Nitro and Coraline Encrusted Margarita snail, but not the shrimp or hermit crab?

I'm not sure. We need some more info. What size tank, water parameters, etc.
