Starting new planted aquarium

Going back to fresh water after a couple of years with salt. Don’t have the time anymore for the maintenance.

Starting up a planted aquarium just done the hardscape landscape.

Lava rock
Mando natural substrate
Going to plant heavy, want to have ember and neon tetras and one or two centre piece fish.

Any suggestions?

There's several different types of gourami
Dwarf cichlids.... several types
Angelfish
Bolivian Rams

There are also some nice Gouramis you can put with tetras.

Thinking about pearl gouramis how many you think for this size tank?

Stocking at the moment 15 neon tetras and 6 harlequin rasboras

The tank's almost 70 gallons, so one male and 3-4 females? I wouldn't put in more than one male, even in a tank this size.
