Stocking 25 gal advice?

I just wanted peoples opinions on how I should stock my 25 gal with 5 neon tetras?? The tank is high up and it is hard to see the little neon tetras so I want some bigger fish! I also want the sizes to vary, for example 3 large ones, 6 medium (platys or something that big) and something small( I have already got neons but I might add guppies)

I'd buy a few more neons --four to six maybe, for a school of nine to eleven-- so you get better shoaling behavior out of them. You'll better notice them at a distance that way, too. Platys are great, but be aware you'll soon have many more if you get both males and females. I learned that lesson the hard way...

More Neons
Maybe a Honey Gourami or a Dwarf Gourami ? Just one or they might fight.

A couple of male Platies might be ok.

Harlequin Rasboras are nice. Diff body shape and peaceful. 6 of those would look nice.
