Stocking

I bought a 58 gallon oceanic tank from Craigslist but am thinking about running a freshwater tank. I want to stock Angelfish and dwarf gouramis. How many of each could I stock without it being overstocked???

Angels and dwarfs are always a 50/50 chance. If you plant the tank heavily, you could do 4 angels and a few dwarfs.
