Stocking a 20g with Tetras, Corydoras, and what else?

I'll go with the Dwarf Gourami

I'm not 100% sure on the BN pleco yet -- they grow to 4-5 inches in length. A 20g feels a bit small to me too (even though he assured me a 20g is fine). I'll be adding the fish a little bit at a time, so I'll see how I feel about it when all the other fish are there.
