Stocking a 60 gallon?

I currently have a 60 gallon, fully functioning tank. I have it with a dinosaur bichir, a african brown knifefish, and 2 common plecos. All of my current fish are about 4inches long. I want to get rid of the plecos because they will outgrow the tank. I have a sand substrate, with a good amount of driftwood and live plants. Could i get something like 2 crocodile fish, or a fire eel? Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
