Stocking for 20g? Also shy pygmy cories

Hii I have a 20g high that has been running for ~3 weeks, I added some seachem stability to help the cycling. I already bought 10 pygmy cories, so I was thinking if adding another pair of cockatoo cichlids and some otos would overstock the tank.
Ok also the 10 pygmy cories are really shy. I got them 2 days ago and they just hide, I have never seen more than 3 together out where I can see them before. Is my tank too... hiding-place-less?

What are you feeding them ? Mine love frozen Baby Brine Shrimp.

Before adding more fish, you should test your water for ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates. What kind of readings do you get?

Cockatoo might like it a bit warmer than cories but double check. sterbai cories like the warm water but most don't

And I don't think the temp is a problem because even though I have no heater I live in Singapore which is always summer. Sigh I want to see snow in Singapore...

Yes. My Shrimp and Otos love them.
