stocking for a ten gallon?

Im thinking about 1 honey gourami, 4 to 6 small cories and something else(would i have to do schooling fish?--they really bore me). What would be good for my tank?

Or should i get 3 dwarf puffers?

With a ten gallon, you really can't put anything the size of a honey in there. The cories would be fine, but your only other choices would be snails, shrimp, or tetras/danios.

If you felt like getting a bigger tank, you could put a lot more fish in there.

A honey gourami and 6 or so pygmy cories would be fine in a ten gallon. The dwarf puffers would be a fine option too.

You could do a betta insteadbof the gourami. A 10 is really only suitable for a single dwarf puffer though. They are territorial and there just isnt enough real estate.

If i decide to get just spark ling gouramis, 3 of them . How do i buy 2 female 1 male. I know i can sex when they are adults, but when they are juvinile its impossible.
