Stocking plans for the 20gal

So now that my 55 is finally cycled I can start empyting my 20 and thinking of new fish to put in it.

here is what i am thinking:
1 or 2 Blue Rams ( i have to figure out how to lower my pH)
1 dwarf gourmai from my 55gal
between 5 and 10 Neon tetras
1 oto
2 ghoust shrimps

Any suggestions?
Also any advice on things that will help lower my pH? it is at 7.6 in the 20gal and i think my tap is something like 8. My thinking is that my [acronym:778de215d8="Local Fish Store"]LFS[/acronym:778de215d8] that sells the rams has the same water supply that i get so do you think the rams would be ok in the higher [acronym:778de215d8="power head or Measure of the concentration of hydrogen ions, depending on context"]ph[/acronym:778de215d8]?
If not what would be another good fish insted of rams?
