You can't get a ram AND an apisto unfortunately...they are both cichlid species, and would be harmful to each other, and may also take it out on guorami...one or the other and a guorami would be fine

Then you could also get another peaceful community fish

I'm going to agree with Joyler. One of the 2 and a gourami would be good. I would stick to the dwarf gourami.

So would it be ok to put a honey gourami with either a ram or a apisto hongsloi?

Yes, i believe the regular gouramis will be just fine with 1 of the 2 as long as your NOT splitting the tank
