Submersible power heads/air pumps

Power heads/air pumps v's air stones in your opinion what is best? I don't know much about the beneficial aspects of them, but I like less clutter in my tank….

They both work well. If you like bubbles, then go for a air stones. Powerhead has more uses than air stones.
