Tank cycled?

Hi just wondering if my tank is cycled. If anyone could help me out. I thought I would have some nitrate showing up but none, unless I can't tell my yellow from orange.

It's hard to tell with the table as a background, but it looks like you still have a small number of nitrites? If you do, I would say you're not yet finished cycling. Also it looks to me like your nitrAte reading is showing slightly more than zero, which is a good sign.
