tank question???

Oh no not at all. As long as you have the right lighting and you feed them fertilizer, which is not hard at all, then your plants will take off.
 
Isn't breeder tanks quite low for their size? Many plants require tall tanks, well except for the short ones. You might want to consider a shrimp farm. Some java moss would treat them nicely.
 
Yes, a little low. But there are a lot of plants that are slow grower and smaller. If you do decide to get plants that grow taller like rotalas, you could always trim them and replant to spread them out and make a jungle. Either way, there is always a way.
 
Discus in one and angels in the other, oh and rummies with a bunch of cory cats

I would have both heavily planted with lots of bogwood :D
