The light "fixture" part of my tank is 29" long, the bulb only 24" long. So, which of these fixtures would I buy? I don't see a 29" or a 30" but I do see 24" listed, but that is the length of my bulb and not fixture.

No, that is a 48" bulb and it won't work on your current setup.
