tiny bubles or cloudy water?

I keep a planted well stocked 20 gal tank Its been running about 9 weeks now but i just recently noticed the water getting cloudy...or should I say it has zillions of tiny bubbles dissolved in the water... by the way i have an undergravel filter. The water dosent smell bad and Ive tested for ammonia and ph and they are fine.What is this ???any help!

Is your aquarium a highlight CO2 injected aquarium, or more of a low light low maintenance aquarium? If it's the former then you're probably seeing pearling (when the water becomes oversaturated with O2, and it begins forming bubbles on the leaves and then in the water column). Otherwise I'm not sure what could be causing it.
