supradupafast hears surf in the shell
Using API Tap Water conditioner(tm)

Today, reading the back of the bottle confused me.
It says:

To Remove chlorine and detoxify heavy metals:
Add 1ml per 20 Gal.

To detoxify chloramines (break the chloramine bond):
Add 1ml per 5 Gal.

I am on city tap water. I've always used the 1ml per 5gal formula on my 10gal, but I am cycling my 60 gal, and I was wondering if I was doing the right thing? Any advice?
