Water change

On Monday the 27th I did my first water change, the two fish I own have parasite. I was just wondering if it's ok to do another water change this week, before Monday 3rd of February because the medication I'm going to give them requires 48 hours before a water change or should I do the water change on Monday?

You can definitely do it earlier. As long as you are matching temperature and using a dechlorinator, water changes are good!
