Water changes

Hi guys!

I just got a new half moon betta and have it in a 3 gallon tank. How often should I change the water?

Thanks!

A python I think is a bit unnecessary for a 3 gallon haha. But I've heard they're great for bigger tanks- I'm thinking about getting one!
