What do you think of my stocking plan?

Are harlequin rasaboras are nippy fish? They're on my stocking plan but I am not sure if they are nippy or not.

I know the bigger the school, the less nippy they'd be. Would 6-8 rasaboras fin nip my male betta?

I doubt that they would but all fish are different. In fact, you betta might be just fine, or it might try to kill the other fish. It just depends on the personality.

Also, what is the length of the tank because I think most rainbows need a 3 foot tank minimum. But there are some smaller varieties.
