Just took some test reading with my API Master Test Kit and need to know the next course of action.

pH: 7.6
Ammonia 2.0 ppm
Nitrite: .25 ppm
Nitrate: 5.0 ppm

What should I do next?

Btw, I have a 15g Column tank with 3 platys into for the last 2 weeks. I haven't done a water change since Friday.

Change the water those levels are very dangerous for your fish Make sure to test everyday and change the water anytime your ammo gets over .25ppm yes you may have to change the water everyday until your tank cycles. Sometimes more than that.

Ok, just finished the third 33% water change. I took some readings before I did it.

pH -7.2-7.6
Ammonia - .50 ppm
Nitrite - .25 ppm
Nitrate - 0-5.0ppm it was orange but not as bright as the 5.0

Ill take another reading in 4 hours when I get back to the office.

Thoughts?

Continue WC's until you get the ammonia down to .25ppm or lower. The numbers are better but still not quite there. Then anytime either ammonia or nitrites rise above .25ppm do a WC to get them down.
