White/Clear stuff on aquarium decor

Hello, I am about 3 weeks into my fishless cycle. Everything has been going pretty well. I had to add some water to my take because it had lowered about 5 gallons. I keep the light off, but I had turned it on to get a good look at the water and I noticed a white-ish/ clear film on one of the pieces of décor in my tank. It doesn't appear to be on anything else. Should I take it out and rinse it? Will it harm anything in tank? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

The same exact thing happened to me. It isn't a big deal. It won't harm anything, and will go away on its own.
