White film

Hey guys
I set up my new 55 gallon added bacteria to cycle it
Three days later I noticed a a white film on the inside of the glass and it's feels like calcium buildup
Any idea what it is or is it calcium
Any ideas what I can do to get rid of it?

Does it wipe off easy with magnet cleaner or even a plain sponge? (No soap)
