Will a freshwater puffer be to aggressive with other fish

I'm interested in getting a bumble bee puffer but I've read they are aggressive with other tank mates

So I decide to seek information from ones who have experience with them.

Will one be okay with angels and guppies?

Puffers generally only belong in a species only tank.
