Will black widow tetras eat neon/cardinal tetras?

Hi, i am new to the forum, and i have a question i am concerned about: will black skirt tetras eat neon or cardinal tetras? I will keep about 10 black widows and a school of about 20 neons or cardinals. in a 75 gallon South American biotope I am setting up. (plz dont be afraid to tell the truth, as bad is it may possibly be.) i haven't got the fish and i won't have the tank for weeks, so it isn't a quick decision. Thank you to all who reply!

No, they do not get large enough to eat neons.

They can be nippy , but in a big tank with a nice large group, they should be fine with Neons.

Lol I know right! Lol that reminds me about when i was like 9, i kept 2 tiger barbs in a ten gallon with who knows what.. what a disaster. I definitely learned from my mistake!
