70 Gallon bowfront (4 foot long) with

2x Bala shark
7x Platys
3x Red tipped sharks (to be seperated)
2x Mollys
10x Neon tetras
1x Common pleco
4x Golden barbs

For the red tipped sharks, what do you mean to be separated? Because I think they're aggressive toward each other

Yeah I read they will be, especially as they grow.

They will be moved to other tanks so they are on their own.

Yes, it is too much. Balas can get over a foot long and red tips get humongous also.

I'm not entirely sure because the common place in itself can reach over a foot

I would rehome the balas, the pleco, and 2 of the red tipped sharks. At that point you'll have room to work with for more stock, plus it'll get rid of the fish that are incompatible with each other and/or smaller aquariums.

Balas are really best kept in schools, which obviously requires a huge tank. Your tank is too small for a common pleco..they reach atleast 18" and at that size need atleast 150 gals.

I knew the bala sharks could get quite big (they are around 4/5" right now) but never realised they can get to 13"

I'll have to do something with them, would be sad to see them go now though :(

Everything would be okay except for balas as they get to large and i would only get 1 red tipped shark and get more gold barbs
