6 month zoas not opening

hi everyone i have been having a problem with a zoa frag
specs:
ph 8.3
salinity 1.023
nitrites 0
nitrates 0
calcium 440

6 t5 ho lights 50/50 atinic and daylights 12000k each
the frag has been in the tank for 6 months and has just recently started closing
my other frags are open
any ideas on why?

fish include 2 clowns, 5 blue chromis, and a lawnmower blenny few crabs and snales

Check for little slugs on the zoas I had them pain but still really easy to treat

A good dip in some iodine dip should help.theres coral rx, seachem disinfectant or other brands your lfs should have something.
