A couple questions about Cryptocaryon irritans

I have a fairly new FOWLR salt tank (70gallon). Its been very clear and all tests show good signs. However, I noticed my blue hippo tank has a couple white spots on him I am thinking ick but how and why? My bicolor dwarf angel is also showing a loss of color on back close to dorsal fin... any ideas? Thanks

I've heard Blue Hippo's have a tendency to stress more easily then other tangs, I've also noticed my brown saddle clown sometimes lightens color over his dorsal area as well, usually notice it more when the lights come on.
