Acan deformity

This acan frag was added about a month ago and it has shown some weird growth on it. The tank is a 90 gallon with two led panels for lighting. I have fed the acans before. Is the deformity nutrient deficiency or a lighting issue?

Whats the alk level in the tank? It simply looks like it isn't inflating for some reason.
