after treatment

i just treated for 2 days for ich with sea cure (aqarium pharmisuticals)
now should i change the water
adda carbon bag to get the med out
or leave the med in till it run it out on its own
or a water change?

i would treat the tank for more than 2 days just to be safe, 4 minimum. After that i would do a 25 percent water change wait 2 days then another. wait another day or 2 and change carbon
