So I have a tubs blue zoa that has been over run with brown algae. I'm in the process of moving things from my 10g nano into a 20g long. How do I save my zoas? Is there a way I can kill the algae and not the coral?

Try a peroxide dip. Mix about 2 cups of saltwater with 3/4 cup or so of regular peroxide. Dip and soak for a few minutes. Rinse in saltwater and then put back in the tank. The algae will start turning brown and eventually die off in a few days.
