My alge is growing rapidly everyday i have to clean tank why may this be?

If you can provide some more information about your tank then we can dig a bit deeper; size, how old, water params, filtration, pwc schedule, how cycled, food types, inhabitants, etc

i have t5 ho lighting 6x54
but it has been growing ever since i added phytoplankton can that be a reason?

That could be one of the reasons. How long to you run your lights? How old are they? How old is your tank? What type of substrate? how many fish? tank load, total fish , corals, inverts As you can see many factors can promote algae growth.
