Anemone changing behaviour

I have a bubble tip anemone. It used to hide when the lights go dark. Last night, it stayed OPEN when the lights were off. Then this morning, I saw its mouth open for a while. When the lights came on, it closed its mouth. It and the tank's been moved recently, and I am concerned it might be starting to get unwell. Is it strange that anemone stayed open at night?

No it's not strange, they can stay open if they decide to... My stays open most of the night.hope this helps!

When say moved did you pull all the rock and sand out? You probably caused a mini cycle and released a lot of stuff from sand bed which is nit a good thing can be some rotten junk in there

No I didn't pull anything out. Rocks didn't get displaced during the move. But there was a lot of water swishing around and sand did get kicked up a bit. I did 20% water change. I will see if it stays open tonight again. Thankfully the mouth is closed as I had mentioned. And emerald crab is staying away from it.
