Anemone not look good

ImageUploadedByAquarium Advice1424884313.025155.jpg I just did water change yesterday and now this morning he look sick I fed him a silver side last night before w/c my lvl salinity 1.023 ph 8.0 too 7.8 low I know dhk is 11 drops test say 6-9 ok calcium 380 ppm and low ammonia less .25 ppm it has never really plant its foot

An anemone not planting its foot and staying in one place is not a happy or healthy anemone.
You will need to tell us more about your system, most specifically lighting and the current parameters of the tank.
Try turning off the powerheads to see if it will be able to plant itself and go from there.
 
I have one xr15 get another one in two day it's 75 gal tank I will try shut power heads off thx for reply I hope he get better

This Friday I have had him for two weeks temp 75 sal 1.023 nitrate 0 nitrite 0 ammonia .25 ppm ph 7.8-8.0 cal 380 dhk 11

Detectable ammonia is not good for your inhabitants. What is causing the ammonia? How old is this system?
 
I had 40 gal tank two month then went too 75 then week later I got anemone tank not well establish he very small at night time just lay on side no foot attached

Seems to be a little early for an anemone. I wouldn't try to feed it unless it plants it's foot. Let the tank stabilize. Do you have ample lighting for an anemone?

He doing better today still no plant foot I think just too soon for him I might try bring back too LFS he was 60 buck so hope trade in value I just really love all my little critters lol want best for him
