Anemone split

My anemone is has split and is now in 3 pieces. I just recently moved the tank to a new place. I ended up putting in a new sand bed. 4 inches in my 30 gallon. Any ideas why the anemone is stressed?

How long have you had it? What's your parameters like? Did you notice a spike when you moved the tank? I assume you have the right lighting for it?

Had it for 8 months. Parameters are perfect. I even acclimated it for two hours.
