Anenome

Got a purple tipped anenome a few days ago and it was doing great until I did a water change yesterday. This morning it looked sick and shrunken. What do I need to do

They look like this when they expell water,it may be fine,what lighting do you have and how old is the tank,test your water to be on the safe side,did you match the temp and salinity of the new water.

My anemones do that after they eat sometimes but they return to normal size in the morning.

When I got home from work today he looked great so maybe it was just from moving stuff around during my water change
